Our Training Methodology

These are training services we provide in the various areas of primary production which includes crop farming, poultry, aquaculture, livestock farming, etc. The training is curriculum designed to include modules that cover:

• Classroom presentations: This involves the use of PowerPoint slides and videos to explain the specific subject matter.

• Case studies: Real life business cases are discussed and analyzed by the trainees as a group assignment, and the lessons learnt are presented by members of the group.

• Industry Practice Experience: The trainees are guided and provided with hands-on training on the subjects that were presented during the classroom session. This is to enable these trainees have a personal feel and experience on how to carry out the agribusiness activities.

• Business case development: Based on the knowledge acquired through the training, the trainees are required and supported to
